It’s time to move our digital nomad life away from Green Turtle Cay. Our ultimate destination is Georgetown in the Exumas, but our first stop is Hope Town on Elbow Cay. As digital nomads with full time remote jobs we are sometimes forced to sail our catamaran on days that aren’t perfect for our schedules. Today is one of those days. Between Green Turtle Cay and Hope Town lies the infamous Whale Cay Passage. Whale Cay has claimed more than its fair share of boats, most often during what the locals call a Rage and Charles is nothing if not cautious. So even though it’s Tuesday, the conditions are perfect to get through the passage and head over to Hope Town and we decided to make an early morning run for it!
